Sometimes you want to quick meal that’s inexpensive. But most of us don’t want to resort to the typical fast food place because we don’t want all the processed food. I don’t know about you, but one food I usually crave is a good pizza. Nothing is better than one that is steaming hot, right out of the oven, with lots of mozzarella cheese and garlic!

I was roaming around one of the many food truck rodeos the other day, chatting with the proprietors and trying many goodies. One of the places that caught my eye was the The Parlour Ice Cream food truck. How can you not like ice cream? Over the past three years or so, the food truck revolution has taken off in the Triangle region. One of the first was Only Burger, which serves fresh, beef burgers. Another of the early food trucks was Will and Pop’s and I just recently got to try their food.
